Dr. Harriet H.
Roberts is a personal and professional coach, consultant, and
licensed psychotherapist. She has more than twenty-five years experience
working with very diverse populations in public organizations, as well
as, in private industry. Dr. Roberts has broad and extensive experience
working with individuals, groups, managers and executives on local, state
and national levels - addressing organizational effectiveness and
organizational developmental concerns attendant to the workplace. This
experience provides her with keen insights and a breadth of understanding
of the myriad of problematic concerns that occur in these settings. Her
experience and understanding of human systems enable her to significantly
facilitate problem resolution and productivity to obtain effective
results. |

Her experience include working with healthcare, educational, criminal
justice and employment systems on matters of strategic planning, conflict
resolution, team building, stress reduction, marketing, and
decision-making, change and reorganization, and program development in
the present, and into the future. She has had a successful private
practice as a consultant, psychotherapist and coach. Prior to
establishing a private practice, Dr. Roberts developed and directed a
community-based family therapy program for more than twenty (20) years.
She and her husband have one daughter. She enjoys traveling (especially
in the Caribbean Islands), and cooking gourmet meals. |

Psychology from Union Institute and University in 1990 and the Master of
Social Work degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1969. Dr.
Roberts is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Licensed Social
Worker and Diplomat and a Licensed Professional Counselor |
