Accomplishments/Experience

Diana’s accomplishments include successfully coaching and developing several new service businesses that provided psychological services to individuals and organizations.  She coached executives and middle management of a major oil company in developing new career opportunities, which in many cases led to successful second careers or improved career opportunities in their present field of expertise.  Her work in developing a system for screening and hiring personnel in several organizations resulted in more appropriate placement and less turnover.   She is excited to be working in the Appreciative Inquiry method of consulting which uses a collaborative model to focus on what is working in organizations, rather that problem conversation.  This approach produces amazing results by clearly defined, agreed upon goals, and project implementation among different levels of an organization.  She also trains already effective leaders to maximize their potential through cultivating their Emotional Intelligence in relating to others.

Diana was instrumental in the successful start-up of several organizations and programs, which continue to provide services today.  These organizations include:

  • MHMRA of Harris County
  • MHMRA of Tri County
  • Our Lady of the Lake University
  • Texas Woman’s University
  • Mental Health Association

Organizations that have benefited from her consultation and training skills include:

  • Bellaire Hospital
  • Hermann Hospital
  • HCA Gulf Pines Hospital
  • Conroe ISD
  • University of Calgary Medical School
  • Houston Galveston Institute
  • Drake Beam, Morin, Inc.
